This is a good preworkout for those who don’t like caffeine but want all of the feels of preworkout. This is also good for those who lift late at night, so that you can sleep!
If you need a pre that is going to get you through a solid 1.5-2hr workouts without a crash halfway through, give this one a shot. All 3 flavors are good but my favorite hands down is the peach rings. Best peach rings pre I’ve ever tasted.
